AppleOne Employment Services in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Estimator / Sales Project Manager for fire sprinkler systems. The role covers estimating through project closeout on multiple concurrent projects, with emphasis on fire protection drawings, Hydraulics, and coordination with GCs and design teams.

The ideal candidate has proven fire sprinkler estimating and PM experience, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of AutoCAD/Rev it.

Qualifications

• Proven fire sprinkler estimating & project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection drawings and construction documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD / Revit experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

We’re hiring an experienced Estimator / Sales Project Manager with a strong background in fire sprinkler systems to manage projects from estimate through closeout.

Fire sprinkler estimating & PM experience is REQUIRED.

What You’ll Do:

• Estimate and manage fire sprinkler installations
• Review drawings, contracts, specs, and change orders
• Perform hydraulic, pipe sizing, hydrant, and seismic calculations
• Coordinate with GC’s, field, and design teams
• Track budgets, labor, materials, RFIs, and change orders
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules and profitability

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven fire sprinkler estimating & project management experience
• Strong knowledge of fire protection drawings and construction documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• AutoCAD / Revit experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
