Flowtec Group, in partnership with a leading engineering consultancy, is seeking a Fire Protection Engineer to lead the design and delivery of fire protection and fire alarm systems for mission critical data centers, life sciences and commercial facilities across the United States.

You will own complex fire protection projects, develop layouts and equipment selections, perform hydraulic calculations, and ensure NFPA and FM Global compliance while coordinating with mechanical, electrical and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related ABET-accredited program.
• FE exam completed; PE license preferred.
• 3+ years of fire protection and/or fire alarm engineering experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead fire protection and fire alarm design for data centers and mission critical projects.
• Develop detailed system layouts, specifications and equipment selections.
• Perform hydraulic calculations using HydraCalc, AutoSPRINK or equivalent software.
• Apply NFPA standards and relevant building codes to complex engineering challenges.
• Review contractor drawings for code compliance and design accuracy.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with MEPT teams to deliver integrated designs.
