Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc. in Brecksville, Ohio, is searching for a Project Manager to lead moderately complex projects with high corporate priority. You will manage schedule, cost, and quality while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with PMI methodology.

Job description

Responsibilities

You will lead moderately complex projects with medium to high corporate priority. Provide subject‑matter expertise in project management, local office setup, scope definition, risk identification, methodology, prioritization, and facilitation.

• Maintain control of schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer expectations.
• Present project updates and results to management and customers.
• Manage vendor relationships throughout installation.
• Ensure projects are closed on time and in scope.
• Understand and apply PMI methodology (Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk, Procurement).
• Lead communication and status reporting to staff, customers, and management.
• Track expenditures, forecast financial trends, and translate cost structures to company accounting using AIA standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Provide professional support to customers and address concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience of at least five years.
• 5 years project management experience in security industry (preferred) or new construction.
• Available for daily and occasional overnight travel; 25%+ travel required.
• Preferred certifications: CSPM, PMP (or ability to acquire within six months).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $85,200 – $117,000, based on qualifications.
