The MAC Service Senior Sales Executive supports our Service Agreements business within the Smart Buildings' Total Fire Alarm & Life Safety Service team. The role focuses on expanding our MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) Fire Service in the designated zone, targeting markets such as Healthcare, Corporate Real Estate, Data Centers, K-12, Universities, and Federal and State facilities.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Establishing contact with prospects, qualifying potential buyers, and following up on leads using marketing strategies for various building system products.
  2. Positioning Siemens as a leader in service provision and differentiating our services in the market, including existing and new installations.
  3. Collaborating with customer organizations to understand and align their business and facility goals with our services.
  4. Developing sales proposals, estimates, and presentations, coordinating with various internal teams to close sales and ensure project satisfaction.
  5. Resolving customer issues, proposing additional services, and maintaining relationships for renewal and growth.
  6. Preparing sales activity reports, forecasts, and participating in professional development activities.
  7. Staying updated on market trends, expanding product knowledge, and developing service strategies to grow accounts.
  8. Managing the entire sales process from opportunity identification to closing and post-sale customer service.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of Fire Alarm and NFPA standards
  • Ability to perform customer site surveys
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Willingness to travel 5-10%
  • At least 3 years of sales/business development experience in fire alarm or similar industries
  • NICET Fire Alarm Certification (Level I or II) or willingness to obtain within 2 years
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Legal authorization to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
