The MAC Service Senior Sales Executive supports our Service Agreements business within the Smart Buildings Total Fire Alarm & Life Safety Service team. The role involves growing our MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) Fire Service business in the designated area, targeting markets such as Healthcare, Corporate Real Estate, Data Centers, K-12, Universities, Federal, and State facilities.

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  1. Establish contact with prospects, qualify potential buyers, and promote Siemens' service offerings including automation controls, fire alarm, and life safety services.
  2. Position Siemens as an industry leader and differentiate our services to customers and prospects, including existing Siemens installations and third-party solutions.
  3. Collaborate with customer organizations to understand their goals and align our services to meet their needs.
  4. Develop proposals, estimates, and presentations, working with internal teams to close sales and ensure project success.
  5. Assist in resolving customer issues and grow the Service Agreement portfolio through value-added services.
  6. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and participate in professional development activities.
  7. Stay informed about market trends and expand product and service knowledge to develop effective sales strategies.
  8. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including follow-up and customer relationship management.

You will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge of NFPA codes related to fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
  • Experience in sales or business development within the fire alarm or similar industries.
  • NICET Fire Alarm Certification or willingness to obtain within 2 years.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel 5-10% overnight.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree.
