Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site Service Technician to support the Atlanta area. You will diagnose and repair Fire & Life Safety systems, read blueprints, and respond to service calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, ability to lift 50–70 lbs, and a valid driver's license. You may participate in on-call rotations and help mentor others; NICET II is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of documented Fire/Life Safety systems experience.
• Able to read blueprints, submittals, and manuals.
• Capable of lifting 50–70 lbs and performing field installs.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls and assess equipment issues at customer sites.
• Diagnose problems and repair Fire & Life Safety systems to restore operation.
• Provide recommendations and quotes to improve facility efficiency and safety.
• Participate in on-call rotation and mentor teammates.
