Job summary

Guardian Security Systems is seeking a Fire Service Sales Representative in the Yakima area. You will build relationships with new and existing customers to protect lives and property through fire alarm monitoring and inspection services.

The role offers a competitive salary plus commissions, with ongoing training and development to advance your career in the fire and life safety industry. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm Pacific, with a hybrid/onsite work setting.

Qualifications

• Two to five years sales experience – outside sales preferred.
• Experience working with contractors on bidding jobs and with jurisdictional agencies on meeting code requirements.
• College education and/or equivalent industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new monitoring contracts and fire alarm inspections contracts.
• Meet personal and company sales goals with a defined sales strategy.
• Travel to customer sites for surveys, meetings and presentations.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to provide solutions and oversee sales activity in your territory.
• Coordinate with sales team to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
