Job summary

Western States Fire Protection is seeking an experienced Alarm and Detection Service Sales professional. The role entails developing new account sales, leasing, and service agreements for fire alarm and low voltage products across various markets.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of sales experience in the fire alarm industry and strong communication skills. The position requires frequent travel within the state and a valid Driver's License.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of proven sales experience in the fire alarm and low voltage industry.
• Experience working with and selling fire alarm and security systems.
• Familiarity with electrical contractors and end users.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with prospective buyers through sales calls and marketing strategies.
• Complete the sale of fire alarm/security systems and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Create and conduct effective proposal presentations for clients.

Skills

Sales experience in fire alarm and low voltage industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Prospecting and cold calling skills

Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams

Education

NICET Level I preferred but not required
