Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in fire and life safety or related industries.
• Technical knowledge of fire safety systems and equipment.
• Ability to work in various environments, including rooftops and grease-prone areas.
• Strong time management and deadline-driven work style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of fire and life safety solutions.
• Develop proposals with recommended safety solutions, costs, and timelines.
• Deliver persuasive client presentations addressing specific safety needs.
• Set and meet sales targets to drive company growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Act as a trusted advisor ensuring tailored fire safety solutions.
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate understanding of fire safety systems and on-site inspections.
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed consultations.
• Ensure safe installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment.
