Job summary

Kidde Global Solutions in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project managers and installation partners with documentation, scheduling, reporting, and coordination from start to closeout.

You will help track milestones, manage action items, and maintain accurate information in company systems, while communicating with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery on fire alarm and life safety projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, customer service, or related field.
• Experience supporting construction, fire alarm, security, or commercial building projects is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software, CRM tools, or reporting platforms (Salesforce, Fieldwire, Bluebeam).
• Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings, schedules, or project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with daily project coordination activities.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and following up on open tasks.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and status updates.
• Coordinate communication between customers, contractors, internal teams, and project stakeholders.
• Help track project milestones, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project information in company systems and reporting tools.
• Assist with material, equipment, and documentation coordination as needed.
• Support project closeout activities, including turnover documentation and required project files.
• Attend internal and customer project meetings as needed.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to improve project execution and communication.
