Qualifications

Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering or Fire Life Safety.
Hands-on experience with commercial Fire Life Safety systems and fire alarm operation.
Ability to read drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and repair on fire and life safety systems.
Inspect and troubleshoot fire alarm systems, devices, circuits, and power supplies.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to restore systems to normal operation.
Inspect and maintain sprinkler, standpipe, and fire pump components as assigned.
Document findings, repairs, and actions; support regulatory inspections as required.
