Qualifications

• Three or more years of B2B outside sales or business development experience preferred.
• Experience selling recurring inspection or service agreements preferred.
• Working knowledge of fire protection systems and ability to learn inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new commercial customers through cold calling and networking in the Houston area.
• Develop territory sales plans to meet goals for inspection agreements and recurring revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with building owners and facility managers.
• Prepare and present proposals with defined scope and pricing; negotiate within guidelines.
• Coordinate with service and operations teams to confirm scope and labor needs.
• Manage CRM records, pipeline, and forecasts; support renewals and referrals.
