Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate or diploma in Fire & Life Safety, Electrical/Electronic, or Security.
• PM certification expected within two years of employment.
• NICET Level II within one year of employment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Project); ability to create Excel spreadsheets and macros.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex fire alarm, security, and communications installation projects.
• Set up local project offices, define scope, assess risk, allocate resources.
• Manage schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Present project updates to management and customers on progress and results.
• Ensure projects are closed on time and within scope.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and conduct Work in Progress meetings.
