Job summary

Lakeland Industries in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Business Development Manager – Fire ISP to lead regional market growth, engage fire departments, and educate on ISP services. You will bring deep fire PPE decontamination knowledge and coordinate with executives to drive revenue, align with pricing, and support new service launches.

The role requires strong relationships with municipal and industrial stakeholders, travel across regions, and a track record of expanding ISP networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or related fire services industry.
• Experience with fire PPE programs and NFPA standards such as NFPA 1850.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and grow revenue in municipal/industrial markets.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with fire dept leadership.
• Experience managing CRM pipelines and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop market awareness and educational initiatives in targeted regions to drive ISP revenue.
• Accelerate market penetration with defined services and products in target geographies.
• Track ISP network performance and coordinate with site leadership for outreach and growth.
• Manage leads in CRM and collaborate with regional sites to convert prospects.
• Collaborate with President, marketing and product management on resources and pricing.
