Thomasville Restoration seeks a Fire Chaser for rapid on-site response to fire and property-damage incidents across the Mid-Atlantic. You will be the first face of reassurance, guiding families through recovery and connecting them with board-ups, mitigation, and restoration services.

Qualifications

• Must be able to respond 24/7 within the assigned geographic area.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Comfortable acting quickly and decisively under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license required; IICRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be first on scene and serve as the immediate point of contact for homeowners and businesses.
• Educate clients about restoration services and recovery steps.
• Secure service agreements for board-ups, mitigation, and restoration.
• Coordinate with first responders and local agencies when needed.
• Log call details, photos, and communications for team coordination.
• Contribute to weekly activity reports for leadership.

Emergency Response Concierges (ERCs) also known as Thomasville’s Rapid Response Team — are the first faces of reassurance for families and businesses in crisis.
