Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Systems Technician with programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting capabilities. This position will work closely with our sales team, field project teams, and clients to ensure a sound design and seamless installation and commissioning of our fire alarm solutions.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex tasks from survey through final acceptance by customers and AHJs in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years in a technician role within fire-life safety.
• Ability to program and commission mid-range fire alarm systems independently.

Responsibilities

• Review system layouts and coordinate with engineering, project management, and sales for project success.
• Produce field surveys and daily project logs.
• Program and commission fire alarm systems and obtain AHJ acceptance.
