Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of documented experience in low voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety Systems.
• Fire Alarm License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and manuals.
• Ability to perform physical labor up to 50-70 lbs and climb ladders or work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install, programming, troubleshooting, configuring, commissioning, and servicing Fire Alarm Systems at customer sites.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, and manuals; interpret system requirements.
• Supervise and inspect installation to meet contract specs.
• Document tasks, productivity, and other reporting in a timely manner.
• Respond to service calls promptly and perform repairs as needed.
