Fire Alarm Systems Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising the fire alarm systems engineering team to ensure performance and deliverables.
• Planning, organizing, and controlling project engineering activities to meet schedules and specifications.
• Coordinating project priorities between the engineering team and operations centers.
• Managing staffing requirements, project financials, and maintaining relationships between teams.
• Overseeing hiring, training, and performance assessments of personnel.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in engineering or project management supporting commercial fire alarm systems.
• 2+ years supervising direct reports.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8+ years in relevant experience and 5+ years supervising.
• Candidates in the Greater Dallas/Ft Worth area are preferred.

Benefits include: health and wellness benefits, with a salary range of $81,100 - $139,200 plus a 5% bonus.
