LCSW Clinical Supervisor - Mokena (Remote)

We are searching for a passionate (LCSW, LCPC or LMFT) Clinical Supervisor to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants, and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatments, guiding our clients towards mental wellness.

Clarity offers administrative, billing, and marketing support so our clinicians can focus on their primary goal—helping clients move forward in life. We are partnered with in-network insurance providers including Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare, and also accept self-pay clients.

Location: Remote (Candidate must reside within 1.5 hours of Chicago, IL)

In this role, you will:
  1. Manage an individual caseload of 20-24 attended client sessions weekly.
  2. Provide weekly supervision to up to four supervisees, supporting assessments, recommendations, and referrals.
  3. Review and sign supervisees' notes, ensuring proper documentation and billing.
  4. Approve biweekly clinical hours, time off requests, and other submissions.
  5. Follow IDFPR guidelines for supervision and maintain training requirements for licensure.
  6. Assess, diagnose, and treat various mental health conditions through evidence-based individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
  7. Participate in CEU and didactic training to enhance skills and specialty areas.
  8. Contribute to clinic development through group therapy, blog writing, and additional training.
  9. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, physician assistants, social workers, and counselors.
  10. Organize and manage your schedule using the electronic scheduler.
  11. Attend supervision sessions and departmental meetings.
  12. Engage in internal and external marketing and networking activities.
  13. Complete onboarding and ongoing training as required.

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting (preferred).
  • Active license to practice independently in Illinois: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD.
  • Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Experience with modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and programs like IOP/PHP is beneficial.
