Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC in Missouri is seeking a Special Projects Project Manager focused on fire alarm service. You will oversee multiple projects from start to finish, coordinate with clients, contractors, and field staff, and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in job experience a plus.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ensures maximum quality of work throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at one time.
• Knowledge of general construction and installation standard practices.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure project is constructed per scope, budget and timeline.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external project members (clients, GC, subs, superintendents, foremen, officials).
• Approve staff transactions including selection of superintendent and foremen.
• Provide directions to planning, scheduling and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review and approve requisitions, payments; manage invoices and change orders.
