Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in construction project environments and field coordination.
• Familiarity with fire alarm or life-safety systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and design effort to ensure scope, budget and timeline adherence.
• Coordinate communication between clients, contractors and project staff.
• Approve staff assignments and manage scheduling and logistics.
• Support estimating, bid proposals and purchase approvals.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and documentation of project logs.
