Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to meet scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate communication among clients, contractors, subs, and internal teams.
• Approve staffing and supervise superintendents, foremen, and staff.
• Direct planning, scheduling, and engineering activities as needed.
• Assist in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review purchase requisitions, payments, and change orders.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure adherence to policies and maintain project documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of labor agreements and project standards.
