Ideal candidates have 6+ years in low voltage systems, NICET I certification, and strong customer service. The role involves on-call shifts and lifting up to 50–70 lbs, with a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in low voltage electrical systems incl. Fire/Life Safety and Access Control.
• Able to read blueprints, submittals, and manuals; knowledge of test equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
• NICET I certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls and assess equipment problems.
• Diagnose, service, and repair fire alarm systems at customer sites.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and manuals for troubleshooting.
• Report and document work and provide quotes when needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and mentor others on the service team.
