You will lead efforts from award to completion, translate client needs into actionable plans, and coordinate procurement to meet milestones. The position emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical projects in building automation, fire alarm, or electronic security environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective communication.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate multiple small to medium projects from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans.
• Communicate project requirements to the team and maintain records for reports.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Establish project milestones and cost analysis.
