Job summary

Quality Labor Management, LLC is seeking a Fire Alarm Project Manager in Charleston, SC. You will lead installation teams, develop schedules, and manage project profitability while ensuring compliance with NFPA 72 and local codes.

The role requires 3+ years PM experience or 5+ years installation background, NICET certification (or in progress), and strong communication and organizational skills. A valid driver’s license is preferred, with opportunities in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience or 5+ years of relatable installation experience.
• NICET certification or actively pursuing it.
• Experience with Fire Life Safety, NFPA 72, and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams on assigned projects and develop schedules.
• Evaluate scope and pursue change orders; prepare cost estimates and proposals.
• Manage costs, billings, and collections; ensure profitability.
• Review contract terms and conditions.
• Communicate project progress and financial status to senior leadership.
• Manage procurement and delivery of materials; ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate resources with installation teams; ensure proper commissioning.
• Attend job progress meetings and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and customer requirements.
• Assist leadership in project development efforts.
