Job summary

Precision Fire Solutions, LLC is seeking a project installation leader to manage the installation of fire alarm systems in commercial settings. You will lead a team through scheduling, field installation, subcontractor oversight, programming, testing, and project completion.

You will coordinate personnel, track progress, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Organization: strong organizational skills and time management for construction installation.
  • Communication: fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Problem Solving: timely decisions based on objectives.
  • Interpersonal Skills: tactful, mature leadership to motivate and manage others.
  • Technical: NICET Level II or eligible; SC Fire Alarm Qualifying Party certification or willingness to obtain.
  • General: at least four years of related construction/installation experience, preferably in commercial fire alarm; valid driver’s license; pass background check; eligible for US employment; pass drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Manage installation of fire alarm projects and oversee all aspects including scheduling, field installation, subcontractor management, programming, test out and completion.

Job description

In this position, you’ll manage the installation of fire alarm projects. You and your team will manage all aspects of the installation process including scheduling, field installation, subcontractor management, programming, test out and completion.

  • Manage all personnel required to complete quality fire alarm projects within project scope and on budget.
  • Track projects progress and make corrections as needed.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, and employees.
Job Requirements

Communication:Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently. Employees effective listening skills.

Problem Solving:Ability to make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives.

Interpersonal Skills:Tactful and mature demeanor. Possess Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage others.

Technical:NICET Level II or qualified for obtaining. Possess a South Carolina Fire Alarm Qualifying Party certification or the willingness to obtain the certification.

General:At least four years related construction/installation experience, preferably in commercial fire alarm. Valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass state and federal background check. Must be eligible for US employment. Must pass drug test.

Weekly paid salary, 100% company paid health with optional dental, vision, life, etc. PTO plus paid vacation and holidays. 401(k) retirement plans with up to 4% matching. Company vehicle.
