Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Construction Project Manager focused on Fire Alarm Installation to lead electrical projects across national sites. The role requires ensuring design adherence, NEC compliance, and on-time delivery with travel to project locations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years PM experience, strong communication and leadership, and is adept with fire alarm systems like Notifier, Siemens, or Potter. Travel and safety compliance are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, project management, construction management or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience with PM lifecycle understanding.
Experience with installation of fire alarm systems such as Notifier, Siemens, Potter, etc.
Knowledge of PM tools, construction methods, estimating, budgeting, and OSHA regulations.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with diverse teams and manage subcontractors and labor agreements.

Responsibilities

Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget and schedule.
Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and foremen.
Authorize project staffing decisions including superintendent and foreman selection.
Guide planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
Participate in estimating and bid proposals.
Review purchasing, invoices, and change orders; ensure safety programs per OSHA.
