Qualifications

• Three or more years of project management experience, or five or more years of relatable installation experience with a proven track record of quality installations.
• Experience in the design and implementation of Fire Life Safety, Access Control, or CCTV/IP Video.
• Possess NICET certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams on assigned projects and develop schedules.
• Evaluate scope of work and client directives; pursue change orders and prepare cost estimates.
• Manage project costs, billings, and cash flow; ensure profitability.
• Review contract terms and conditions for compliance.
• Monitor project schedules and financials; communicate status to leadership.
• Negotiate subcontracts and manage procurement and delivery of materials.
• Ensure compliance with standards and maintain long-term client relationships.
