Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2+ years in Fire Alarm or Integrated Security Systems maintenance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Electrical installation experience.
• Excellent customer interaction skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair unaided.
• Self-starter with minimum supervision.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain required licenses per codes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, install, and program fire alarm, security, nurse call, intercom, CCTV and related systems.
• Use test equipment to diagnose and verify system performance.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specs, and manuals.
• Perform inspections and installation activities on electronic fire systems.
• Overtime/overnight work may be required during busy schedules.
