Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years ITM experience with Fire Alarm/Fire Life Safety systems.
• Willing to work on-call rotation and overtime as needed.
• Able to work in varied environments around mechanical/electrical equipment; able to climb ladders, etc.
• Valid driver's license with limited violations; eligible for Siemens fleet program
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Follow NFPA72 standards and local codes; perform inspection, testing, and minor service on fire alarm equipment.
• Document results, deficiencies, and pricing; complete service tickets and generate reports.
• Provide instructions to customers and assist with training as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle stock; work overtime when required.
