Qualifications

• 3+ years of ITM experience with Fire Alarm and/or Fire Life Safety Systems.
• Must have LASFM license.
• Must obtain NICET Fire Alarm Certification Level I within 12 months.
• Ability to work in diverse environments with mechanical/electrical equipment; physical stamina needed.
• Must differentiate wire types/colors; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow and maintain structured inspection schedules, perform testing and minor repairs for fire alarm equipment to NFPA72 and local codes.
• Document deficiencies, remedies, and pricing with customers; complete service tickets before leaving site; follow up on corrective actions.
• Generate reports and upload to city municipality websites using Siemens tools.
• Provide instructions to customer personnel on proper operation and routine inspections; assist with training.
• Maintain stock, tools, and equipment in vehicles; work overtime when needed; adhere to safety policies.
