Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Fire Alarm Inspector to provide inspection and maintenance capabilities. This role will work closely with our sales team, field project teams, and clients to ensure our customers' systems are inspected and maintained in a code-compliant manner.

You will review layouts, produce field surveys, and generate detailed inspection reports in accordance with NFPA. NICET Level I and NFPA knowledge are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to read technical drawings/diagrams and follow specifications.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and fire detection systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review system layouts and coordinate with systems and service departments for testing and inspection.
• Produce field surveys and daily project logs of activity.
• Inspect and maintain fire alarm systems and generate detailed inspection reports per NFPA.
