Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of inspector technician experience in fire detection/protection.
• NICET Level I required or preferred.
• Knowledge of NFPA 72 and IFC fire code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review system layouts and coordinate with systems and service departments for testing and inspection.
• Produce field surveys and daily project logs.
• Inspect and maintain fire alarm systems.
• Produce inspection and deficiency reports per NFPA.
• Deliver and test on schedule and within budgets.
• Log and transmit inspection reports via technical devices.
• Oversee project inventory and vehicle inventory.
• Support, guide, and provide expertise to other inspectors.
• Manage job scheduling and progress cost-effectively with a focus on quality.
• Comply with industry standards and Sciens safety policies.
