A strong focus on accuracy, safety, and meeting schedules is essential for success. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in fire detection and protection, NICET I, NFPA knowledge, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• NICET Level I certification or equivalent.
• Experience in fire detection and protection industry.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Review system layouts and coordinate testing and inspection with systems and service departments.
• Produce field surveys and daily project logs of activity.
• Inspect and maintain fire alarm systems.
• Produce inspection and deficiency reports in accordance with NFPA.
• Deliver and test on schedule and within cost budgets.
• Log and transmit inspection reports via technical devices.
• Oversee project inventory and vehicle inventory.
• Work under tight deadlines and maintain quality.
