Qualifications

• Three-plus years' experience inspecting, servicing, or repairing fire alarm systems.
• NICET certification in water-based systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments.
• Strong documentation and communication with customers and teams.
• Familiarity with NFPA 72, NEC, OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Service, program, test, inspect, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and corrective repairs per NFPA 72 and company standards.
• Identify deficiencies and provide professional recommendations.
• Respond to emergency calls including nights, weekends, and on-call.
• Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely service.
• Document service activities including findings, work performed, and parts used.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and office staff.
• Uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every site.
