Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex fire alarm commissioning and related field activities for data center programs in the VA and SC regions.

You will mentor technicians, manage schedules from fabrication through AHJ testing, coordinate material releases, and oversee on-site interconnections with fire protection, elevators, HVAC, and security systems. Strong leadership and CPM scheduling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security projects or fire alarm systems projects.
• Ability to manage scheduling, cost reporting, safety, and quality control.
• CPM scheduling experience and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commissioning (PITCO, Preliminary Testing, Final AHJ) for the Data Center program in VA & SC.
• Mentor technicians in field commissioning and testing tasks.
• Coordinate fabrication, PITCO, and AHJ testing schedules.
• Arrange air sampling materials on site and coordinate releases.
• Direct the Logistics Service Center on site interconnections for Fire Protection, Elevator, HVAC, and Security.
