Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, or Senior Product Owner.
• Experience in fintech/payments/banking tech or regulated industry.
• Strong TRD/BRD/UML documentation skills.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Experience managing product backlogs and delivery lifecycles.
• Knowledge of payment systems, PSP integrations, and payment flows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Preferred: cryptocurrency or blockchain products, payment routing logic, API-first platforms; MiCA/PCI DSS familiarity.

• Create and maintain Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs) and BRDs, plus UML sequence diagrams.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Manage and prioritise product backlogs.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams.
• Participate in API and integration discussions.
• Conduct process mapping and gap analysis.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress.
• Identify delivery risks and drive proactive solutions.
