Job summary

Marqeta is seeking a Technical Success Analyst to join its operations team and lead the technical onboarding of standardised products for new customers. You will support implementations and become a trusted voice for clients and internal stakeholders.

This hybrid role requires proximity to our London office; on-site two days weekly with remote work options on other days. A strong fintech background and API know-how are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and take initiative.
• Expertise in REST APIs, SFTP, SQL, and Datadog.
• Fintech and card payments familiarity, especially issuing.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration and deployment of standardised products for new customers.
• Guide customers through their integration journey, especially APIs.
• Develop customer-facing training content and internal runbooks.
• Provide feedback to internal teams reflecting the customer's voice.
• Collaborate with Project, Product, Sales, and Account teams to align goals.
