United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Relationship Manager to partner with high-potential startups, helping them adopt our core financial products and ensuring a seamless buyer journey.

You will manage a large portfolio, engage founders, and collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to expand relationships. The role rewards curiosity, meticulousness, and a customer-first mindset as you drive retention, expansion, and insights across a fast-growing fintech platform.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years in FinTech, Customer Success, or startup-facing Account Management.
• Experience working with founders or early-stage teams; comfort with ambiguity and speed.
• Strong communication across Slack, email, and in-person events (<20%).

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first relationship contact for startups, ensuring they’re getting the most business value out of the company.
• Build relationships across a startup’s team, helping them grow and scale their business while adopting the company’s core suite.
• Execute playbooks that ensure consistent engagement across a large portfolio of startups, focused on the optimization, retention, and growth of the company’s early-stage startup customers
• Proactively retain, expand, and surface opportunities and high-growth startups across the book of business.
• Advocate the customer experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Partnerships, Product) to provide feedback and improve the customer’s experience.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive account growth.
