Job summary

Lithic is hiring a Solutions Engineer to design and deliver technical product solutions that meet customer needs and highlight the value of our platform. You’ll bridge Lithic and clients, owning complex relationships from pre-sale through implementation and helping partners design integrations.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions, navigate platforms, and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in FinTech, particularly payments or card issuance.
• Experience in SaaS or technology solutions implementation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic clients across fintech and enterprise partners.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand goals, environments, and requirements.
• Translate client needs into concrete integration designs and implementation plans.
• Own client relationships through scoping, build, launch, and optimization.
