Lithic is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Issuing team to lead the next phase of growth. This role focuses on card issuance, KYB/KYC, tokenization, and the API gateway, with a strong emphasis on reliability and developer-first design.

You will own cross-functional initiatives, mentor teammates, and help shape standards across engineering while learning Rust and expanding expertise in fintech payments.
