Job summary

Lithic is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the Issuing platform—defining the primitives for card issuance, provisioning, tokenization, and account hierarchies. You will drive the APIs, webhooks, and developer tooling that power customers building sophisticated card programs with strong compliance foundations.

You will partner with networks and wallet providers, shape token lifecycle APIs, and lead onboarding experiences from identity verification to risk controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech or financial services.
• Issuing or payments infrastructure experience with card programs.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data flows and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Issuing Platform End-to-End: card issuance, lifecycle, tokenization, account hierarchy, and KYC/KYB onboarding.
• Build and evolve APIs, webhooks and developer tooling for customers managing card programs.
• Lead tokenization and digital wallet strategy across Visa VTS, Mastercard MDES, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Define flexible account hierarchy models to support diverse program structures.
• Own KYC/KYB onboarding flow, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and partner/vendor integrations.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk and Engineering to drive onboarding throughput and security.
