Job summary

Lithic is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Issuing team in New York City, with remote work options. You will lead the development of the card issuance lifecycle, tokenization, and KYB/KYC processes, while maintaining Lithic's API stability and scalability.

You will collaborate across engineering teams to ensure high reliability, implement best practices, and own initiatives from planning through launch, including on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of card issuance, tokenization, and KYB/KYC lifecycle features.
• Own initiatives from planning to launch with stakeholders alignment.
• Ensure high reliability and availability for Lithic's API.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teamwork to design engineering standards.
• Provide expertise to bring industry best practices to our APIs.
• Lead efforts to improve systems and processes within the team.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
