Job summary

Stem IT in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Software Engineer to join a fast-paced fintech team, with three days onsite weekly. You’ll build scalable applications using Java/Spring, embrace OOP patterns, and deploy microservices with containerization tools. A focus on agentic AI solutions will be key.

The ideal candidate has strong Java experience, relational and non-relational DBs, and familiarity with AWS serverless stack. Bachelors in CS is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field required.
• Experience with Java and Java ecosystem; open to C#/.Net.
• Experience with relational and non-relational DBs.
• Experience with containerization and deployment tools.
• Experience with agentic AI tools or AI development.
