Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the sciences (Computer Science, Math, Engineering, MIS preferred).
• Experience with AI, CI/CD, BDD/TDD, C#, Relational Databases, performance tools and Python/JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Understand complex product features, business workflows, and user needs to ensure software works reliably and is intuitive in real-world use.
• Define clear requirements, user personas and workflows to guide and support AI-assisted implementation with effective tests and guardrails.
• Independently validating behavior, compatibility, usability, and performance before release.
• Work across the testing pyramid, improve application testability, and partner with engineering and product teams to identify risks early.
