Job summary

WhiteTech is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest quality of cutting-edge fintech solutions. You will own QA within cross-functional teams, design comprehensive test strategies, and drive reliable, scalable testing across functional, UI, and API layers.

You will collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to set quality expectations, write reusable test cases, and improve testing processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manual and semi-automated testing of web-based applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on API testing including auth flows, error handling, payload validation.
• Experience testing payment systems, transactional flows, and basic third-party integrations.
• Experience with responsive design testing, browser dev tools, network analysis, and cross-platform validation.
• Knowledge of Postman, Chrome DevTools, Swagger, and test management systems such as TestRail or Xray.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of quality assurance within cross-functional product teams.
• Design and maintain test strategies covering functional, UI, API, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Drive pixel-perfect validation of complex web interfaces across devices, screen sizes, and browsers.
• Ensure full test coverage for API flows using Postman, Swagger, and automation hooks if needed.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to define quality expectations and shift testing left.
• Write structured, reusable test cases and detailed bug reports to help the team move fast with quality.
• Review and improve test documentation, coverage, and regression practices across releases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and workflows.
