Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, information systems, operations, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational risk, controls, audit, compliance, governance, or related area.
• Experience with risk inventories, issue management, governance documentation, process mapping, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain risk, control, and process inventories and coordinate change requests.
• Support risk and control self-assessments and product risk evaluations.
• Prepare risk analyses and governance materials for leadership and committees.
• Coordinate audits, examinations, and evidence requests with business owners.
• Capture and report on risk indicators, incidents, and issue trends.
• Support process mapping, requirements gathering, and ownership structures.
• Assist in AI/automation governance and implementation efforts.
