Job summary

Valitana LLC is actively seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our SaaS platforms for institutional investors. You will design and execute test plans, run manual and automated tests, and collaborate closely with developers and product managers to deliver reliable solutions in a fast-growing fintech environment.

The role requires 3+ years in QA, experience with automation (Mabl, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), API testing, and SQL for data-driven tests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in QA or software testing, preferably FinTech/financial services.
• Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks (Mabl, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Familiarity with APIs and API testing tools (Swagger, Postman, RestAssured).
• Experience testing SaaS platforms with structured finance products (CLOs, ABS, CMBS, MBS).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases for web-based SaaS applications.
• Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Own end-to-end QA for an assigned product workstream.
• Perform regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Track, document, and communicate defects in Jira with timely resolutions.
• Enhance test automation frameworks in Mabl and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Contribute to release readiness, deployment validation, and post-production monitoring.
