Overview

Technical Product Manager – Futures & Options (Cross-Asset Platform Integration) for Global Systems Search, Inc. Lead the Futures and Options stream of a global cross-asset middle-office transformation. The initiative replaces multiple Fidessa OMS environments with a custom-built in-house OMS and integrates Genesis TAM (Trade Allocation Manager) as the centralized allocation and reconciliation platform. Define the roadmap and integration strategy for Futures and Options, ensuring end-to-end connectivity and interoperability across asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Futures and Options roadmap and lead integration into the unified middle-office platform.
• Collaborate with front, middle, and back-office teams to design workflows for GTP futures allocations, options lifecycle events, and reconciliation.
• Manage FIX message standardization and data normalization across derivative trade flows.
• Work closely with middleware engineers using QuickFIX and the proprietary FG scripting language to configure message routing, translation, and automation.
• Oversee testing and validation for futures and options workflows across trading, clearing, and matching systems (CTM, NYFIX, etc.).
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment between trading desks, operations, and technology leads.
• Define and maintain product KPIs around migration success, operational efficiency, and scalability.
• Contribute to ongoing product enhancement and new derivative product integration post-migration.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar within Futures, Options, or Derivatives technology.
• Strong understanding of exchange-traded derivatives trade flow, allocations, and clearing.
• Hands-on experience with FIX protocol, middleware, and integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of OMS / EMS systems, ideally Fidessa or similar front-office platforms.
• Familiarity with GTP, CTM, or NYFIX trade matching environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills across business and technical teams.
• Technical familiarity with scripting or automation frameworks (QuickFIX, FG scripting, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing or enhancing Genesis TAM or equivalent allocation tools.
• Exposure to AWS-based or cloud-native infrastructure.
• Understanding of both buy-side and sell-side post-trade workflows for listed derivatives.
