Job summary

FIS is seeking a detail-oriented inspector to conduct inspections and analyses across production stages, ensuring compliance with client standards and SLAs. You will document findings in a database and assist leadership with corrective actions to maintain error-free products.

The role supports identification of production or process improvements and requires attention to detail and adherence to quality standards across a single product segment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically 2 years relevant experience required.
• Preferred: 4 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Becomes proficient with production and quality standards within a single production segment.
• Inspects work in process and finished product to ensure client details meet standards and SLAs.
• Documents quantity and quality of work in a proprietary database as directed.
• Learns root cause analysis to identify process or equipment failures and supports corrective actions.
